Seeking a Senior Workday Integrations Manager to join our team. The person in this role will be reporting to Director People Technology in IT. The IT HR Systems team enables our internal customers to optimize and/or facilitate their programs Systems & technology.

The Senior Workday Integrations Manager is both a strategic and hands-on role where you will be leading a team responsible for deploying technical solutions, scaling processes and technology across Workday HCM for Benefits, Talent, Absence, Recruiting, Time tracking, Payroll. This is an ideal role if you enjoy working with both strategic planning and tactical execution and who becomes comfortable with hands-on responsibilities. In this position, the Sr Workday Integrations Manager leads key projects by using their strong background in Workday Integration and Workday process. A successful candidate adapts quickly to a changing environment, takes a global view in terms of data & process. Is technically savvy and has a passion for people development.

What You’ll Do

As Sr Workday Integration Manager, be able to manage Complex Integrations and related Configurations. You will be responsible for understanding existing Integrations, manage changes to them as necessary

Designing and developing the solution using the Workday Integration tools, Core Connectors, EIBs, Workday Studio for HR & Payroll. 

Develop monitoring strategy and triage integrations  with up/down stream systems 

Build trust and partnerships with direct customers and Payroll (Finance)

Manage a portfolio of projects and prioritize the work of a team members , contractors and partners

Plan and implement technology initiatives with compliance and risk mitigation in mind

Conduct monthly meetings and drive the conversations with clear actionable items with different business partners.

Serve as a consultative partner for providing solutions and a point of view

Develop positive relationships with key internal partners, such as HR, IT, Legal, Finance, and external partners (vendors, consulting firms, implementation partners)

Proactively prototype functionality from semi-annual Workday releases, and maximize unused functionality to automate, streamline and address areas for improvement

Recognize Workday’s limitations and when necessary are suggesting alternatives.

Develop and mentor staff

Design scalable and efficient processes that supports our rapid growth while continuing to deliver an incredible employee experience

Provide support for end users helping troubleshoot and resolve system issues

Provide training, demos and documentation

Partner with end users to develop test strategy, test scenarios/scripts, as well as execute systems/E2E testing in preparation for user acceptance testing

Be one of the leaders of a team addressing a broad array of integrated people technology

Basic qualifications

10 years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or at least 6 years of experience with an Advanced Degree

5 years of Workday Integrations experience with expertise in Workday HCM, Business process, PGP encryptions, SSH, OAuth, Custom Report and Workday Security.

3 years of hands-on experience in EIBs, Core Connectors, Cloud Connectors and Workday Studio, PECI, PICOF, DT, XML, CXML, XSLT, SOAP, Support Workday interfaces with internal/external applications and databases, Report Writing (Simple, Advanced, Matrix, Composite & BIRT)

5 years of people management experience with at least 2 or more direct reports

Familiarity with Workday Extends

Familiarity with ServiceNow Journey and Case management

Experience implementing systems in multiple regions, familiar with a global work environment

Strong problem solver, critical thinker and quick learner

Excellent verbal, analytical and consultative skills

Proficient in Google Suite and document collaboration techniques

Familiar with Agile methodologies

Ability to influence without authority

High attention to detail and proven track record managing multiple, competing priorities simultaneously

Project management experience

Technical Acumen working in a Corporate Technology environment
