Senior Litigation Paralegal
The candidate' must have 5 years of experience to work with the litigation practice group in office. The position will begin fully remote. We anticipate our office will fully reopen in the summer of 2022, at which time staff will have the opportunity to work a voluntary hybrid schedule in the office. Should have extensive case management experience from the start of the litigation cycle through trial. Following are essential requirements: Knowledge and strong understanding of database management; Knowledge and experience with all phases of discovery, including the collection, processing, review and production of electronic & paper documents; and Experience preparing for and at trial. Technology requirements include: MS Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint); pdf editing and processing software (i.e. Kofax Power PDF Advance (formerly Nuance) and Adobe Acrobat Pro); Eclipse SE Review and Administration modules, as well as web-based review platforms; and also possess exemplary organizational, written & oral communication skills and the ability to work independently and with colleagues at all levels. Flexibility to work overtime as needed is also required. Paralegal certificate & bachelor’s degree preferred
